Register Your Product’s Warranty

Thank you for purchasing a RELiON product and taking a few moments to register your warranty online.

What You Need to Get Started

  • The model number and serial number. The serial number can be found on the label located on the side of the battery. See example.
  • A digital copy of your receipt. A receipt is not required but is highly recommended to ensure an easier warranty claim process.
  • An email address. We will use this to send you confirmation of your registration.

What Happens Next?

Once our customer support team receives your warranty registration, we will email a copy of this information to the email address you provided above. Please keep this email for your records should you ever need to submit a warranty claim.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact the original place of purchase. The product may be required to be shipped back to the manufacturer for further inspection. The product must be shipped in compliance with applicable dangerous goods/hazardous material shipping regulations. Please note that DOT requires all persons shipping batteries to be HazMat-certified.
