Return Authorization Process

At RELiON Battery we pride ourselves on resolving any issue our customers have in an efficient and timely manner.

To submit a return request, please complete the contact form on this page.

Someone form our Customer Service team will contact you with the RMA#. At that time shipping will be determined. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges outside of approved warranty claims. 

A credit or replacement battery will be issued once the return is received. Credit or Replacement will be determined based on the circumstances of the return.
