This 12V 60 Ah, Group 24 lithium iron phosphate battery is a safer, super lightweight alternative to lead-acid in your marine, solar RV, or other deep cycle applications. Coming in under 20 lbs, this battery is less than half the weight of a lead-acid equivalent and gives you more hours of consistent power. 60-amp hours of capacity means a full day of power for smaller-sized trolling motors or for a long day on the road in your RV.

RELiON lithium batteries provide more energy for high consumption than traditional lead-acid batteries. They also offer ultra-fast charging and discharging, high efficiency and longer cycle life – plus no maintenance! All RELiON Batteries use the safest and most stable components, including a LiFePO4 cathode and a built-in Battery Management System (BMS). The BMS ensures a long lifetime, safe handling – and high-accuracy State of Charge (SOC) calculations.

PRODUCT REVIEWS

John M.

Nice light weight, appears to be built well. I haven't used it yet as the water is still too cold. 5/18/21 I finally got out on the water and it was great. I used my 55# Endura Max for about 2 hours straight using 50% and 75% power and when I was finished, I had only used 25% of the battery. This sure beats the heck out of lugging around lead acid batteries.

Justin H.

So far these are great. Starts the big motor every time and lasts all weekend for the trolling motor.

Spend More Time On The Water With Lithium Batteries

Frequently Asked Questions

Are RELiON lithium batteries a drop-in replacement to my lead-acid battery?
RELiON offers the standard size batteries; Group 24, Group 27 and Group 31.
Can I use my existing lead-acid battery charger (Wet, AGM or Gel) to charge RELiON lithium iron phosphate batteries?
Most likely, yes. Our lithium batteries are very charger-friendly. Most chargers today have a lithium charge profile, which is what we recommend using. AGM or gel charge profile chargers will work with our batteries. We do not recommend the use of a flooded charge profile with our batteries. These chargers may reach the overvoltage protection limit and disconnect. It won’t damage the battery but will likely result in charger faults.
How long will my RELiON lithium batteries live?
RELiON’s Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries are designed to provide over 6000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge.
Why are lithium marine batteries better than lead-acid alternatives?
Heavy lead-acid batteries drag your boating speed and performance down. When you have a small boat, a heavy battery also reduces your fuel consumption efficiency. Instead, you need a lightweight marine battery that’s optimized for high performance. Rechargeable deep cycle lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries are one-third the weight of lead-acid alternatives. In addition to providing benefits such as higher capacity and more runtime between charging, lithium batteries offer many advantages out on the water due to their lighter weight.
How many RELiON lithium trolling motor batteries do I need?
It depends on your trolling motor voltage. RELiON offers 12-Volt and 24-Volt Lithium batteries. If you have a 12-Volt trolling motor then you can choose from several 12-Volt options, if you have a 24-Volt motor, you can use 2, 12-Volt batteries in series or a single 24-Volt battery and if you have a 36-Volt motor you can use 3, 12-Volt batteries in series.
Which RELiON 12-Volt battery should I use for my trolling motor?
RELiON offers several 12-Volt battery options to choose from. The most common models are; RB50, RB60, RB75, RB80 and RB100, which are 50Ah, 60Ah, 75Ah, 80Ah and 100Ah respectively. To get the same runtime as a wet or AGM lead-acid battery, use a lithium battery that is 60% the capacity of that lead-acid battery. If you want more time on the water, size up from there. Ex. 60Ah RELiON lithium battery = 100Ah lead-acid battery
